For homeowners

Residential plumbing in Hawke's Bay

Plumbing for homes across Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A tap that won't stop, a cylinder that's given up, a drain that keeps backing up, or a bathroom you're rebuilding. Same phone number, same standards, whichever it is.

What we do for homes

The areas below cover most of what goes wrong in a house, and most of what gets improved in one. Each has its own page with what's involved and how it's charged.

Residential plumbing

General plumbing for homes across Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Maintenance and repairs, renovations and new work, leaks, taps, toilets and pipework. If you've got a builder involved already, that's the sort of job we're best set up for.

Hot water cylinders

We replace and repair hot water cylinders across Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Most straight swaps are a one-day job. If you've got no hot water at all, ring and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a repair or a replacement.

Blocked drains

We clear blocked drains across Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A blocked drain call is charged at our jetting rate of $345 including GST, not the maintenance rate, so there is a fixed cost to getting us out. If it's backing up into the house, ring rather than message.

Drainlaying

Drainlaying is where Russ started, first registered in 1992. New drainage, repairs and replacing failed pipework across Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Plumbing and drainlaying are separate registrations and we hold both.

Water filtration

We install and maintain water filtration in homes across Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Under-sink units, whole-house systems, filter changes and repairs. If your water tastes off or leaves marks, filtration usually sorts it.

Where we work

We work across Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and the surrounding areas. That takes in Taradale, Ahuriri, Bay View, Flaxmere, Clive, Haumoana and out as far as Eskdale, Puketapu, Maraekakaho and Te Awanga. If you're not sure whether you're in range, ring and ask.
